David Hogan and Lori Rubenstein - The Gap

Recently we hired Priority Landscaping through Peter Bell to redevelop our front garden and build a deck off our front patio working from a design developed by an outstanding landscape architect, Bruce Williams.

For a number of reasons we needed to have this work completed by Xmas while we were overseas. We were of course concerned about this because we would not be there to monitor progress, give feedback, change our minds, etc etc.

But we need not have worried. Before we left, Peter explained very carefully and in detail what he planned to do, when he planned to do it, how he planned to do it, what it would cost, and what were the alternatives, and their costs. He then proceeded to do as he promised without fail. On top of that, he stayed in touch with us, keeping us up to date on progress and issues be resolved by email, phone and photos.

We were repeatedly struck by his knowledge, his ability to listen, his sense of responsibility and professionalism and his wry sense of humour. But above all he and his colleagues did a wonderful job of exceptional quality, on time and on budget. We could not have been happier with what he has achieved, and warmly recommend him without reservations to other potential clients.

Barry Howe - Left Bank Apartments ( West End )

[Left Bank] is a luxury apartment building in West End. Over the last two years, our Body Corporate has undertaken a program of extensive renewal of some large gardens and landscaping within the complex. After inviting a number of tenders, the Body Corporate chose Priority Garden Care for this large project.

In the first instance, Peter Bell worked closely and co-operatively with the landscape architect, and then implemented the work over a number of stages.

Peter and his team of professional employees provided exactly what we were trying to achieve. All work was completed within agreed timeframes, the site was always left in immaculate condition, and the workforce was always professional, helpful and courteous, and when there was the need for some minor follow up work, it was attended to immediately.

The transformation we were looking for was completed thanks to Peter and his team, and we have no hesitation in attesting to these qualities.

We had a retaining wall that was showing the usual wear and tear after being in place for over 20 years.

We contacted Priority Garden Care Landscaping following a word or mouth recommendation from a neighbour and arranged a time for the company’s owner to come to provide a quote.

It was a pleasant surprise to find that Peter Bell and his son Simeon arrived on time and proceeded to provide a competitive quote for the construction of a large domestic wooden retaining wall which we accepted. A small, friendly and hard working team arrived within a few couple of days, as arranged to commence work.

The company maintained a strict, well planned work schedule and communicated closely with us during all stages of the construction of the wall and fence. At all times, the various stages of the work were neatly completed each day.

The results of Priority Garden Care Landscaping’ s work are very clear to see. The new fence and wall are solidly constructed, enhance the appearance of the garden and property and will last for many, many years to come.

It was a pleasure dealing with the company and we would certainly re engage them for any other work which they undertake.

The retaining wall looks great.
